HAVOC teams follow the Basketball Citizen model, where on and off the court success is blended as one. The HAVOC model includes the following:

  • Proper Nutrition - advice and recommendations by sports nutrition experts

  • Proper sleep - how to relax and prepare for healthy sleep on a nightly basis

  • De-stress and mental focus - yoga and other focus techniques to improve athletic performance

  • Peer to peer support - we dedicate practice time for peer to peer support and connection, creating a sense of inclusivity and community.
